I have a borrower (fun***j) who took out a 3 year loan on 23 March 2009. Apart from a failed payment in June 2011 which was rectified the next day, he was a model borrower. For some reason his last payment was Jan 2012 and he never made the Feb 2012 and Mar 2012 repayments. For Feb 2012, I seemed to have paid him 3p.
Zopa told me on 6 Mar:
I have forwarded your email to our technical team who have advised the 'Closed' status is in fact an error in this instance. Monies are still due from the borrower so this will be collected in the usual way next month. They are working on fixing the display error at the moment.
