I've lent out a couple of grand since... hmm... can't really remember, at least 2006 and lent a fair chunk of that in Listings.
I've had a couple of late payers but no bad debt at all.

I know I'm not lending a lot compared to some people on here but I would have still expected something to happen based on the published percentages.

Not that I'm complaining of course!!
