What actions change my lending offer's position in the lending queue?

Summarised from tianimo's post here:

Position in the queue is affected by either a change to a specific market and term, or a change to maximum exposure.

Changing the rate: all markets where the rate is changed move to the back of the queue.
Adding a new market to an offer: that market starts at the back of the queue; existing markets: no effect.
Changing the maximum exposure: all markets in the offer go to the back of the queue.
Opt in or out of Rapid Return: no effect.
Funding an offer: no effect.
Changing auto lend settings: no effect.
Changing the name of an offer: no effect.
