How long should I wait for a decision?

Are all loans usually reviewed within 24 hours? How long should I leave it before I try to contact someone? I don't want to seem like I'm being too impatient!

Do let us know how you get on....I have been waiting 3 days as well...hoping they are just busy and there isn't a problem (there shouldn't be but it makes you nervous when you don't hear anything). Maybe I will give them a call this afternoon.

Thanks for your help. Turns out the underwriter tried to contact me yesterday by telephone but I was out at the time. I sent a message to them via the website and have been contacted promptly to provide further information. Hopefully now everything will move along quickly.

No you don't. You can track your application in your online account though but until approved/rejected you don't see a change in status or receive email notification.
All good now anyway - I suggest if others are experiencing any delay to get in contact with Zopa - they may have been trying to contact you.
